Hi there! I’m Enid Paradowski—a proud Houston native, wife, mom to two wild and wonderful boys, and a sourdough enthusiast. What started as a fun little hobby has turned into one of my greatest passions: baking fresh, homemade bread. There’s nothing quite like the smell of a warm loaf fresh out of the oven or the joy of cutting into it to see that perfect crumb.

Baking for me is about more than just the bread—it’s about sharing love, slowing down, and savoring the little things. I’m always experimenting with new flavors and techniques, and every loaf feels like its own special creation. It’s my way of bringing a little joy to the people around me.

I also love being part of the local community through farmers’ markets. As a Houston native, it’s such a privilege to serve the people in my hometown, meeting new faces, swapping stories, and introducing folks to the magic of sourdough. The markets are more than just a place to sell bread—they’re a space for connection, inspiration, and lots of laughter.

When I’m not baking, you can usually find me chasing after my two boys. They’re always keeping me on my toes with soccer games, messy art projects, and endless outdoor adventures. My husband is my number-one taste-tester and biggest supporter, always ready to give an honest opinion (and happily eat the results).

At the heart of everything I do is a love for creating warm, inviting spaces—whether that’s through a loaf of bread at the farmers’ market, a family dinner at home, or simply sharing good food with good people.
